It's
time for you to skydive!
Tandem skydiving is
the easiest, safest, and cheapest way of
getting sixty seconds of freefall under
your belt. At Adventure Center Skydiving,
we'll take you almost three miles in the
air with our 15,000 feet Tandem Jumps.
Also available is California's
Highest Tandem Jumps from 18,000
feet for up to ninety seconds of freefall.

With about a half hour of
instruction, you will gear-up (jumpsuit, harness,
and goggles) and ride up to at least 15,000 feet.
Then, while harnessed to a fully trained and
licensed Tandem Master, you will leave the
aircraft together and freefall to an altitude of
about 5,000 feet, a trip that takes over a minute.
Yes, more than a full minute of falling
at approximately 120mph.
Once the parachute has been deployed, you will
have four to five minutes of time to enjoy the
view, learn about canopy control, practice for
the landing, and just enjoy the ride. You will
assist in guiding and landing the parachute at
the drop-zone for a safe, soft landing.
Of course, all equipment is provided. Think of
Tandem Skydives as working with training wheels.
When you learned to drive a car, you didn't go
out on your own first. If you were learning to
fly (which is what skydiving is), you wouldn't
immediately solo. Instead, you'd first go through
dual instruction with a licensed instructor.

Our
reasoning for setting a
reservation is so we can
determine how many Tandem
instructors and
Videographers to ask to
work for us on that day.
When you arrive and check
in you will be given some
paper work to fill out
and be asked to watch a
short video. Upon
conclusion of the video
and payment has been
received we will then put
you and your group on the
next available aircraft.
We WILL make every
attempt to keep your
visit to under two hours,
but please understand
that with the popularity
of Tandem skydiving and
the numerous mitigating
factors such as winds,
clouds and lighting
conditions we ask that
you be prepared to spend
the entire day with us. |
Please
where comfortable clothing and
tennis shoes, for safety we do
not want any of our students to
jump in high heels or "flip-flops"
The only
limitations are that you be at
least eighteen years old and not
exceed the upper weight limit for
tandem jumpers of 220lbs.
Exceptions to the 220lbs. limit
can be made on site if you're in
good health, etc. Call us with
questions.
Adventure
Center Skydiving accepts cash,
Visa, and MasterCard.
Checks are
not accepted.
